What you eat on a daily basis helps determine your body fat levels as well as effects your energy and mental focus whether you are doing homework or competing in sports.

So the MySport program includes the Chick-fil-Nutri-Lab: A themed Classroom focused on the benefits of nutrition. Once a week, we will focus on short nutrition lessons that may include vegetable bingo, a take home game that encourages kids to eat different vegetables for a month or how much sugar is in that bowl of Fruit Loops you had for breakfast?
