Here at Suwanee Sports Academy , we know that you cannot be at your peak physical condition without a foundation of good nutrition. What you eat on a daily basis helps determine your body fat levels as well as effects your energy and mental focus whether you are doing homework or competing in sports.

So the MySport program includes the Chick-fil-Nutri-Lab: A themed Classroom focused on the benefits of nutrition. Once a week, we will focus on short nutrition lessons that may include vegetable bingo, a take home game that encourages kids to eat different vegetables for a month or how much sugar is in that bowl of Fruit Loops you had for breakfast?

At Suwanee Sports Academy, we always try to make learning fun whether running soccer drills or learning to eat healthy. We are interested in improving the whole player wherever they are in our facility.

Here at Suwanee Sports Academy , we know that you cannot be at your peak physical condition without a foundation of good nutrition.  It is very important not to overlook the role nutrition plays in acquiring maximum physical development. What you eat on a daily basis helps determine your body fat levels as well as how much energy you have for intense, rigorous workouts, practices or games. 

So the MySport program includes the  Chick-fil- Nutri-Lab:  At themed Classroom focused on the benefits of nutrition.  Once a week, we will focus on short  nutrition lessons that may include vegetable bingo, a take home game that encourages the kids to eat different vegetables for a month or how much sugar is in that bowl of Fruit Loops you had for breakfast?   We will also try and bring in guests speakers like the Hawks Team Chef or a Chick-fil-A nutritionist to demonstrate good food choices even when eating out.
