2 Time Olympic Gold Medalist Kerri Walsh worked was at Suwanee Sports Academy friday night to host an indoor volleyball clinic. Sixty-five girls showed up to work with perhaps the most recognizable figure in volleyball today.
Suwanee Sports Academy is launching a CrossFit gym. All new members are required to participate in a CrossFit 101 class to learn the techniques and standards of movements required for effective and injury free participation in the regular Workout of the Day. CrossFit is a unique methodology aimed at improving total fitness. Its appropriate for a variety of athletes and non-athletes who want to improve their overall level of fitness.
