W.O.W. - WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

Women on Weights is a body sculpting program designed specifically for the female body. This program has produced remarkable results over the last 5 years. W.O.W is a monthly program providing a variety of toning and trimming exercises including:

  • Upper and Lower Body Toning and Conditioning
  • Power Walking/Interval Running
  • Abdominal Core Strength Training

Sessions start at the first of each month. You are welcome to start at anytime, however there are no pro-rated payments. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you can handle. See you soon & tell a friend!

Summer Strength Training - Sport Specific Programs

Make the most out of your summer strength and conditioning program. For 20 years P.T.I. has been one of the nation's leaders in training amateur and professional athletes. With programs specifically designed with proper progressions, an athlete's chances for overall success in the weight room is maximized. A certified professional trainer will assist you with proper lifting technique and program adjustments on a daily basis.
Sessions start at the first of each month, and you may start AT ANY TIME! Attend as many sessions as you can handle.
Who: Grades 8 - 12

Dates: June and July, 2011

Time: Monday  through Friday, 3:00 to 6:00pm

Cost: $75 / month
