W.O.W. - WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
Women on Weights is a body sculpting program designed specifically for the female body. This program has produced remarkable results over the last 5 years. W.O.W is a monthly program providing a variety of toning and trimming exercises including:
- Upper and Lower Body Toning and Conditioning
- Power Walking/Interval Running
- Abdominal Core Strength Training
