  • Has Coached 6 All-Americans, 13 All-SEC selections, and 1 player who was a member of the US National Team
  • Coached middle blocker, Sarah Blum, who is the all-time career blocks leader at UT
  • Head Coach at Athens Academy and led team to a 2002 State Championship
  • Named 2002 Georgia High School Association Coach of the Year

Rob Lutz, Volleyball Training Coordinator
  • Over 20 years of experience in the sport of volleyball
  • Grew up in Southern California and learned the sport from some of the top coaches in the country at Long Beach St.
  • Lead trainer for VolleyPerformance
  • Has coached at the NCAA D-I & D-II levels at 6 different universities
  • Most recently served as an assistant coach at Kennesaw State University
  • Holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration
Christy Howard, Player Development Advisor
  • Developed and implemented Suwanee Sports Academy volleyball program beginning in 1999.
  • Club Volleyball Coach in Georgia since 2002
  • Awarded team MVP of Florida Southern College
  • Selected as Central Florida Player of the Year
  • Pioneered the boys' volleyball program in Central Florida
  • Coached boys' teams to two consecutive High School State Championships in FL
  • Earned Coach of the Year at Lake Howell High School in Florida
  • Developed and coached the Orlando Gold USVBA boys' team
