Our After School program is the ideal place for parents looking for something different than traditional daycare. Time is set aside for homework as soon as the kids arrive from school. After a healthy snack the kids hit the courts for a warm-up and learning the sport of the day. The best part is the program offers flexibility for parents who want their child to participate in different sports after school but may not need 5 days per week of After School.
Make sure to browse the rest of the My Sport website to find out more about the curriculum, facility and coaches utilized by our After School Program.

We believe sports and physical activity make lasting impacts on individuals and communities. Not only does participation in sports at a young age lead to healthier and more active lifestyles, it help kids learn valuable lessons such as teamwork, sportsmanship and the value of working toward a common goal. Active kids are also healthier kids. On average, active kids perform better in school, are more likely to be active adults and are less likely to have weight or other health problems.
Our coaches have a passion for working with kids and usually have a background in competitive sports. This makes them great mentors as they relate their own experiences and the lessons they learned through sports to each child. Our coaches also follow a curriculum grounded in our philsophy to introduce kids to many sports and activities in a way that is fun and rewarding.
Here at Suwanee Sports Academy , we know that you cannot be at your peak physical condition without a foundation of good nutrition. What you eat on a daily basis helps determine your body fat levels as well as effects your energy and mental focus whether you are doing homework or competing in sports.
