"Working with Performance Training my senior year of high school and the summer helped me tremendously towards achieving my goal of playing and being competitive in college football. My coaches were greatly impressed by my development as a player from when they recruited me. This advancement in my game was directly linked to Chris and the performance training staff pushing me to my limits to get me ready for this season. My forty time was dropped almost 3 tenths of a second. My shuttle was dropped almost 4 tenths of a second. My running form is much better than before I took part in performance training. Overall my agility, balance, and speed were increased or became better. Performance Training is a great choice for athletes if they want to become more competitive at any level which includes football at the University level.
